Pancho's Restaurant and Tequila Bar is located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas. Owned by John & Mary Bragg, formerly of Thousand Oaks, CA, the restaurant was recently remodeled to allow seating for up to 200 people in its main dining room and private patio.
Named for the legendary Pancho Villa, the restaurant is all that you would want in a beautiful Mexican Restaurant. Bright and cheery, Mary uses colorful, Mexican table linens, fresh flowers and candles on the tables, "papel picado" in rainbow colors hanging from the ceiling, and fabulous murals and paintings to create this impressive and friendly restaurant ambiance.
A large mesquite grill is located in the center of the restaurant where you can watch their chefs prepare the famous dishes of the regional states of Mexico. Featuring over 80 menu items, including chicken mole from Puebla, carne asada from Sonora, tamales wrapped in banana leaves from Oaxaca, and fresh seafood of all types from the Baja. These are just a "taste" of what is available. Delicious, authentic Mexican food at fair, reasonable prices. The "Los Pancho's Trio" plays beautiful Mexican music every night from 6:30 - 10 p.m. for your pleasure.
For the tequila buffs, John has collected during the past 10 years over 500 labels from the mainland of Mexico, all available at Pancho's. This is the largest collection of Tequilas in the world. We suggest you call for reservations, as this popular restaurant is always full. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, come in and say "hola".
